Welch Allyn Monitor 300
Welch Allyn Monitor 300
Welch Allyn introduces their new Monitor 300 Series, a full-featured patient monitor that enhances clinician productivity by providing automated vital signs before, during, and after medical procedures. With separate modes for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients, the monitor also incorporates SureTemp Plus electronic thermometry capabilities for quick, accurate temperatures. The simple, push-button menu operation and large, bright display allow individuals to easily obtain patient data for both routine assessment and continuous monitoring of vital signs.
"As with the original Welch Allyn Vital Signs Monitor, the 300 Series offers our customers a cost-effective method to intermittently determine or continuously monitor a patient's blood pressure, pulse oximetry, temperature and pulse rate," said Jana Esler, Welch Allyn product manager. "The Vital Signs Monitor 300 Series will simplify the steps clinicians take to obtain patient vital signs data."
According to Esler, the ongoing shift from hospital-based inpatient procedures to outpatient procedures requires an economical vital signs monitor that's flexible enough to provide continuous monitoring during both routine tasks and minor surgeries. The Welch Allyn Vital Signs Monitor 300 Series is also ideal for med-surge, pediatric, emergency or other departments that require the essential functions and capabilities in one lightweight, portable device.
